Returns

All items are handmade to order especially for you, therefore we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size. Please be accurate when checking your ring size as there will be a fee for re-sizing.

Genevieve creates jewellery that is made to last, however if a piece is faulty we will fix or replace it free of charge. This does not include general wear and tear (for example dents, scratches, chipped/cracked stones or bent rings.) Repairs due to manufacturing faults are up to the discretion of Genevieve Phillips. Please note, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
